Daily Journal, Saturday, November 5th, 2022

I woke up, got up mostly rested.  Wanted to get going, continue pushing myself to move my daily routine earlier in the day.

Off and on for several years I've been developing daily sheets, logs and lists, to help me in many ways.  My purpose is meant and has been rather deeply influential, for a reason.  Some other time, I will say and write more about these sheets I've been developing.

I stretch and do squats every day with few exceptions.  I've been slowly increasing the number of sets.

Today, left for Ridgedale Library at 10:45am, didn't get here until 12noon.

Screen Entertainment

Most every time I come to the library I watch either a movie, or TV series online, or on dvd.

Today, I watched 2 episodes of the (new) SWAT series, and one of the FBI series online.  Just as a note, this FBI episode left me with bad feeling.  I plan to say much, much more about the whole entertainment industry, especially TV.  But, not right now.  Suffice it to say that the FBI episode that left me with a bad feeling was either from the basic content of the episode, or the way they presented it.  Just to say it, there is a great deal about our day to day lives that reveal the deeper issues that matter.  More about that later.

Norse or "Viking" music

Just wanted to make a note and share a video that I watch (again) of what I think is a traditional Norse song.  Not sure if it's Norwegian, or just generally Norse or Scandinavian.

This one I watched (again) today is one that is rather haunting in it's content and presentation.  I'm including at least a couple versions.

Helvegen (live in concert)

Helvegen (live on location)

Helvegen (live concert with Sami version by musician Mari Boine)
